ANDREW INTRONA - Trainer/Design

Andrew has experience across a range of fields. In addition to training design and delivery, he has been a partner in a Support Coordination business working to maximise outcomes for people with disabilities. This role has required the facilitation of varied Government and Business supports in the Allied Health, Human Service and Disability sector. This role requires problem solving, planning, and thinking outside the box to find substantive solutions. 

Andrew has working in the conference and learning and development markets as a facilitator and program manager. Prior to the above roles Andrew has varied work experience in both the corporate world, Customer Service, Human Resources and IT and in small business as an Administration and Sales Manager.  Over his career he has worked designing and running programs for groups including children, youth and young adults, university students, long term unemployed and corporate professionals. He has a Graduate Diploma in Education and has a passion for learning design.

Andrew has worked for both large organisations (front line staff, HR and IT roles) as well as small business (sales, marketing, accounting and management). This has provided an extensive range of experience to draw on when working with your organisation.  Andrew assists us with design and learning methodology in the development of courseware for Hyundai, Mazda and other clients.
